I was hunting for a really easy to use and setup aggregator to incorporate RSS News feeds from other sources into one of my websites. After hunting for a while, I found a really great tool called Magpie. This tool requires very minimal PHP knowledge and is customizable enough for you to incorporate it into an existing site easily.
